Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 milliliters milk
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 grams chocolate frosting, semiamargo

Preparation

Blend milk, sugar, vanilla, corn starch and egg yolks.
Pour the mixture into the pot and cook over medium heat, continuing to beat with a balloon whisk.
When it begins to thicken lower the fire and continue beating until you see the bottom of the pot.
Finely chop the chocolate, add to the hot custard and stir until the chocolate dissolves.
It can be consumed hot or very cold.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it with a fresh raspberry and mint leaf to decorate.
