Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cream to beat for the mousse
  • 1 1/2 cups of cream to beat hot, for the mousse
  • 450 grams of bitter chocolate chopped for the mousse
  • 1 tablespoon of cardamom ground
  • to taste of bitter chocolate to decorate
  • to taste of raspberry to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl beat the whipping cream with the help of the whisk attachment of your Braun® MultiQuick 7 until it is semi-mounted. Reserve some cream to decorate in refrigeration.
    For the chocolate mousse, in a bowl mix the hot cream with the chocolate until integrating. Add some cardamom. Cool lightly and mix envelopingly with the semi-mounted cream that you battled before.
    Pour the mousse into individual molds, refrigerate until set, remove from refrigeration and decorate with whipped cream, grate a little chocolate on top of the cream place a frozen and frosty raspberry. Serve and enjoy.
