Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups whipping cream, for the mousse
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, hot, for the mousse
  • 450 grams dark chocolate, chopped for the mousse
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom, ground
  • to taste dark chocolate, to decorate
  • to taste raspberry, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl beat the whipping cream with the help of the whisk attachment of your Braun® MultiQuick 7 until it is semi-mounted. Reserve some cream to decorate in refrigeration.
For the chocolate mousse, in a bowl mix the hot cream with the chocolate until integrating. Add some cardamom. Cool lightly and mix envelopingly with the semi-mounted cream that you battled before.
Pour the mousse into individual molds, refrigerate until set, remove from refrigeration and decorate with whipped cream, grate a little chocolate on top of the cream place a frozen and frosty raspberry. Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the mousses with whipped cream and grated chocolate, frozen and frosted raspberries.

TIPS

When integrating the chocolate ganache, try not to be hot so that the whipped cream does not fall.
