Preparation
Separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs, and beat the whites to the point of nougat. On the other hand melt the chocolate in a bain marie with coffee.
Add to the whites, gently whisking the yolks and the sugar and then the chocolate with coffee, and mix everything with an enveloping movement.
Pour the mixture into a nice glass dish, cover it with egapac and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours before.
Serve cold by removing it from the refrigerator.
