Preparation
Place in a deep bowl 280 grams of semi-bitter chocolate and the 3 tablespoons of butter without salt Great Value. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds, remove, mix and repeat 1 more time.
Place the karo honey and the cream in a pot to beat and cook over medium heat until it starts to boil. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate. Let stand 2 minutes.
With a spatula mix slowly until all the chocolate is melted and incorporated.
Add the brandy and mix.
Place the mixture in a pyrex and refrigerate for 1 hour.
With a tool to make fruit balls make balls of the mixture, place in a tray with waxed paper and re-refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt the remaining chocolate until it is at 32 degrees Celsius.
Place the cocoa World Table powder on a plate.
Remove the truffles from the refrigerator and form balls with your hands.
Take with a spoon for melted chocolate ice cream and place 1 truffle inside the spoon, and move the truffle until it has covered completely. Then pass the truffle through the cocoa World Table and place in a tray with waxed paper. Let the truffles dry for 1 hour, serve at room temperature.
