Do you want to surprise your guests with a delicious recipe but you do not have much time? This recipe is the ideal one for you, it's easy, you do not need an oven, and you can use remains of sponge cake or some bread that you made and over.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 Biscuit, , fallen apart
  • 1/4 cups unsweetened whipping cream
  • 150 grams walnut
  • 150 grams almond, Toast
  • 100 grams grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1/2 kilos chocolate, ,molten

Preparation

Mix the sponge cake with the cream, 100 g of walnut, 100 g of almonds, 100 g of coconut and the rum to integrate. Form pellets, place on waxed paper and freeze for 10 minutes.
Bathe with previously melted chocolate; Pass them through the rest of the nuts, almonds or coconut and refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.

TIPS

You can use the ingredients and cereals that you like as filling and decoration. Be it sparks, fruit in pieces, granola, raisins, etc.
