Preparation
In a small saucepan bring the creamer to a boil. Immediately take the hot cream to a container where you have the chocolate. Stir until mixed very well.
Add the champagne and cognac and let cool for 2 hours or so. With a spoon to make fruit balls, take portions of the preparation and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes.
If you notice that the chocolate is too liquid to make little balls, put the refrigerator for a few minutes, take each ball and pass it through the decoration of your preference.
Go back to the refrigerator. Prepare your color caps and place each ball on them.
