The chocolate truffles with tequila is a very rich recipe that serves as a dessert, as an aperitif or as a sweet. You can choose not to throw the tequila if it is for children and apart from everything is very rich.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 250 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white tequila, or resting
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, ground
  • 15 walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • chocolate sprinkles, dark, milk and white
  • baking cups, of colors to place the truffles

Preparation

Place the chocolate in a toper, melt in the microwave for 2 minutes and add the butter, stir well.
Add egg yolks, tequila, milk and chipotles, mixing constantly. Now all integrated, add the nuts in an enveloping form and refrigerate for one night.
