Ingredients

20 portions
  • 200 grams dark chocolate, for confectionery
  • 30 grams White chocolate
  • 1/4 cups milk caramel
  • 1/2 tablespoons essence of rum
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 20 walnuts

Preparation

Melt the 200gr of chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, if with this time the chocolate has not melted well, put it back in for another 30 seconds until a liquid consistency is achieved, with this chocolate we bathe truffle cups so that each layer It is well covered with chocolate, what we want to achieve with this is to make the base of our chocolate to fill it, with the shape we finish each layer we are going to turn them upside down on a plate with waxed paper so that the excess chocolate drains off and We put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
As the saucers harden in the freezer, we continue to mix the cajeta, rum essence and vanilla essence in a bowl, beat until all the ingredients are perfectly incorporated and set aside; In a separate bowl we crumble the 2 slices of pancake and also reserve.
After 15 minutes we take out the refrigerator covers and proceed to remove the paper very carefully and begin to fill a quarter of the chocolate molds with the pancake moronitas pressing a little to compact the moronas, then we put a nut, then we cover the walnut with a little cajeta trying to leave a tenth of space in the mold, once this is finished we put it back but now in the refrigerator for 8 minutes; After 8 minutes we take out and seal the mold with chocolate so that it is well sealed and we return to the refrigerator for 10 more minutes.
Finally, to decorate our chocolate cups, we melt the white chocolate and take the cups out of the refrigerator again, turn the cups on the smooth side and decorate with the white chocolate and ready to enjoy our delicious filled chocolate cups.

TIPS

It is recommended that they know how to handle the temperature of the chocolate so that it does not melt when working it out of the refrigerator, I recommend that you do not remove all the cups from the freezer at a time, but one by one to avoid melting.
