Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups bitter chocolate, or semi-bitter in pieces
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 2 tablespoons cherry brandy
  • 1 tablespoon coffee, strong prepared
  • 1/8 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 250 grams strawberry, disinfected
  • 250 grams blackberry, disinfected

Preparation

Mix the chocolate, cream, brandy, coffee and cinnamon in a fondue pot over low heat.
Keep warm until the chocolate melts, stirring occasionally.
Arrange the fondue in the center of the table and leave it on at low temperature.
Use long sticks of wood to stick the fruits and dip in the chocolate.

PRESENTATION

Serve at the center of the table, with the fruits stuck in sticks. The sticks can be bought in the super market. For presentation you can leave the strawberries with leaves, just make sure they are perfectly washed and disinfected

TIPS

If you do not have the fondue pot, you can put it in a saucepan in a bain-marie.
