Preparation
Beat the cream in snow or until it forms soft peaks.
Beat the eggs and sugar until a light and light mixture is formed.
Add the brandy or whiskey, the vanilla extract and the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%.
In an enveloping way add the melted chocolate, followed by the whipped cream and the egg mixture.
Cover a refractory with clear plastic and pour the mixture, freeze for 5 hours.
Transfer the chocolate to a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
