Mini Cheesecakes Covered with Chocolate

What better dessert than these Mini Cheesecakes Covered with Chocolate! This easy dessert recipe is prepared with condensed milk and decorated with a strawberry covered with chocolate. A big tip so that the strawberries adhere well to the cheesecake, is that you have to add a small layer of melted chocolate to the bottom, so that the berries remain firm and fixed.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 cups of Vanilla cookies Wafer or Suavicremas, crushed
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted
  • 2 cups of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3/4 of Cup of condensed milk
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 on of unflavored gelatin hydrated and melted, 7 g
  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate molten
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted
  • 1/2 Cup of whipping cream hot
  • 2 cups of Strawberry

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix the cookies with the butter until incorporated and form a shortbread dough. Place the shortbread dough in cupcake molds, compress and chill.
    In another bowl beat the cream cheese with the condensed milk and the icing sugar, until you get a homogeneous mixture, add the grenetine little by little in the form of thread, pour the cheesecake mixture into the molds on the cookie base and refrigerate until cuajen. Release and reserve.
    In a bowl mix the chocolate with the butter and the cream to beat until it forms a homogeneous mixture. Cover the cheesecakes and refrigerate until firm.
    With the surplus ganache, cover the strawberries and refrigerate until they solidify. With a little fresh ganache, stick the strawberries in the cheesecakes and refrigerate again. Remove and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with chocolate covered strawberries.

    TIPS

    To make the chocolate strawberries adhere well to the mini cheesecakes, use a little melted chocolate as an adhesive.
