This refractory chocolate pudding recipe is ideal if you don't know what to do with the sweet bread that was left over from the week and that got tough. This delicious chocolate pudding is very practical and original, since it is made with chocolate donuts, chocolates, ears or any piece of sweet bread that is your favorite. It has a chocolate flavor and soft consistency, accompanied by a ganache that you will love.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 pieces sweet bread, chocolates
  • 2 pieces sweet bread, whiskers
  • 2 pieces sweet bread, chocolate shortcakes
  • 2 pieces sweet bread, chocolate covered ears
  • 2 pieces sweet bread, donuts with chocolate icing
  • 1/2 pieces baguette
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 6 San Juan® Eggs
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the ganache
  • 2 cups bitter chocolate, for the ganache
  • 2 tablespoons Licor 43 Spanish liqueur, (30 ml) for the ganache
  • 1/2 cups White chocolate, melted

Preparation

In a bowl, open and pour the 6 pieces of San Juan® Egg. Reservation.
On a board, cut all the pieces of sweet bread into pieces.
Place the bread in a bowl, pour the milk and soak for 10 minutes, until it completely absorbs the milk.
Add to the soaked bread the sugar, the chocolate chips, the cocoa, the vanilla essence, the melted butter and add the pieces of San Juan® Egg, mix perfectly until incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a refractory and bake for 50 minutes, at 180 ° C. Let it cool.
Heat the cream to beat, add the dark chocolate and with the help of a balloon whisk mix until incorporated, add the liquor of 43. Let cool 10 minutes and reserve.
Pour the ganache over the refractory and with the help of a spoon add lines of white chocolate, then, with a toothpick, spread to form betas as shown in the video.
Cut a slice, serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve on an individual plate and enjoy.
