  • 2 teaspoons mint cane, crushed and sieved (stuffing)
  • 1 tablespoon Water, (filling)
  • 1 pinch salt, (filling)
  • powdered sugar, (to sprinkle)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a large bowl beat the brownie mixture, flour, brown sugar and salt.
Add the eggs, milk and continue beating. Add the melted butter, vanilla and mint extract, stir until well blended.
Pour the dough divided into two greased round molds and waxed paper. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
For the filling: Beat the butter and the icing sugar with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add the vanilla, whipping cream, water and salt. Beat at high speed for 4-5 minutes until the mixture is fluffy.
Continue adding water one teaspoon at a time until it has the desired consistency (it must be thick and fluffy).
Once the brownies are completely cold, unmold and in one of them add the filling, put on top the other brownie forming a sandwich.
Add the crushed mint sticks covering the edge of the filling.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
