Chocolates Filled with Almond Liquor

They are delicious chocolates filled with almond liqueur. They look very elegant and you can use them as a gift or to give after a meal.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of cornstarch walnut flavor
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 of liter of milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of almond liqueur
  • 400 grams of dark chocolate

    Preparation

    Mix the starch, egg and sugar, reserve.
    Heat the milk and the liquor, before boiling remove a cup and mix it with the starch from the previous step.
    Integrate everything, without stopping to move, until it has a thick consistency. let it cool.
    Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and cover the bottom and walls of the molds, let cool.
    Fill the molds with the cream of liquor and refrigerate 20 minutes.
    Carefully pour more chocolate to form the lid and let it harden before unmolding.

    PRESENTATION

    You can present them by bathing them with a little icing sugar. or in a small box with red colored paper. They will look very cute.
