This chocolate tamal is filled with Chocoroles Marinela and you can make like a sweet in corn husk. A great tip so that your tamales have a better flavor, is to add cocoa.

Preparation
Beat the butter with the sugar until it is soft, add the flour, the baking powder, the cocoa and add little by little milk. Beat until you have a homogeneous and semi-liquid mass.
Pour a tablespoon of the tamal dough into the (totomoxtle) corn husk, spread well. Place a piece of Chocoroles Marinela® on top and cover with more dough. Close the husk wrapping so that it is in the shape of "candy" and tie the ends with ribbons from the same husk.
Place the tamales in a steamer with water and cook for 40 minutes. Let it rest before serving.
