Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups espresso coffee, (previously done)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cups strong coffee
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups Rum, (or water)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Use a mold of non-stick medium thread or spread butter and flour without leaving gaps
Sift the flour with the baking powder and the salt.
Beat the butter, add the sugar, add the eggs (one by one), add the coffee cup and the flour mixture until well incorporated
