Add the flour, icing sugar, baking powder, salt, and refined sugar to the jar. Decorate with the ribbons and follow the instructions below to make the cookies.
Beat the butter until it softens, add the San Juan® Egg, the vanilla and mix for 2 minutes.
Add the ingredients found in the jar and form a dough, divide it into 3 parts.
Leave one of the parts natural and the other two, mix them with the green coloring and the red coloring respectively; form a mass of each one and wrap them in plastic so that they do not dry out. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Stretch each of the doughs, between waxed paper, this will prevent them from sticking to the roller, stretch them to an approximate thickness of 2 mm.
On top of each of the layers that you previously stretched and once together, stretch them a little more to “stick” them; start to roll along, you can use waxed paper, or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
When you have the roll ready, cut 1 cm slices and place them on a tray with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C. Cool to room temperature.

In a transparent bottle with a decorated lid.

When the cookies are golden brown on the edges, they are ready to take out of the oven.
