Ingredients

  • 190 grams cream cheese, for bitumen
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, for bitumen
  • 5 tablespoons sugar, for bitumen
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest, for bitumen
  • 160 grams butter
  • 180 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons clove
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 cups Rum
  • 1/4 cups cranberry
  • 1/4 cups orange, candied, chopped
  • 1/4 cups crystallized fig, chopped
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/4 cups almond, chopped

Preparation

Macerate the fig, blueberries and orange in the rum for 20 minutes.
Preheats 180 ° C.
Acremer the butter at room temperature with the sugar and incorporate the eggs one by one.
It incorporates flour, royal, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon.
