  • 75 grams sugar, for the second mass
  • 250 grams flour, for the second mass
  • 85 grams butter, a dot ointment for the second dough
  • 85 grams Water, for the second mass
  • 10 grams yeast, fresh for the second dough
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water, for the second mass
  • chocolate chips, for the second mass

Preparation
