If you want to lose weight this Christmas, prepare this Yogurt Christmas Gelatin. A delicious cold dessert very easy to make. You can make it in the flavor you like the most and use Christmas cookie molds for making the gelatin decorations. For this Yogurt Christmas Gelatin you will not have to count calories since it is prepared with yogurt low in fat and instead of sugar, it has a sugar substitute. This healthy recipe is the ideal dessert to share with your family next Christmas.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/2 envelopes Lemon Jelly, Light
  • 2 cups Water, hot
  • 1/2 envelopes pineapple jelly, Light
  • 2 cups Water, hot
  • 3 cups light yogurt
  • 1 cup milk light
  • 1/2 cups Sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 6 envelopes gelatin

Preparation

Dissolve light lemon flavor gelatin in hot water. Let cool and reserve.
Dissolve the light pineapple gelatin in hot water. Let cool and reserve.
Blend low-calorie yogurt with low-calorie milk, sugar substitute, vanilla essence and greens.
Pour ¼ of the yogurt jelly into a mold of 23 cm diameter. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.
With the help of a cookie cutter in the shape of a star, cut the center and remove the milk jello so that the space remains. Repeat with a cutter in the form of small trees. Pour into the star space the jelly pineapple flavor and in the trees, the lemon flavored gelatin. Refrigerate until set.
Pour in the rest of the yogurt jello and refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely set. Remove from the mold and serve.

TIPS

You can use any Christmas mold, using the same technique. Remember that the yogurt is very acidic therefore it will take time to set.

La verdad seguí los pasos como la receta y utilicé los mismos ingredientes sin embargo no cuajó como muestra la foto y lo hice 1 día por adelantado para darle tiempo además se derritió estando afuera una vez del molde definitivamente no la vuelvo hacer por aquello que no compacto y se derrite un poco ala final
