You will love this delicious pudding recipe for the rich combination of bread with cinnamon, apple and cardamom. An ideal dessert for a meal with family or an afternoon with friends, in addition to being very easy to make using the Cusinart® air fryer.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom
  • 1 cup apple, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • butter
  • sugar
  • apple, in slices

Preparation

In a bowl mix the egg pieces with the whole milk, the evaporated milk, the condensed milk, the cinnamon, the cardamom and the vanilla for 5 minutes, until everything is integrated.
On a board, cut the bread into medium cubes.
Pour the bread into the bowl with the milk and egg mixture, and add the apple and walnut. Mix in an enveloping way so as not to break the bread.
Varnish the mold with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Add the bread mixture, cover with aluminum foil and cook in the Cusinart ® air fryer oven at 160 ° C for 45 minutes.
Flip on a plate and garnish with sliced apple.

PRESENTATION

Present on a plate with sliced apples.

TIPS

You can use whatever bread you like, it can be sweet bread or box bread.
