The clafouti is a classic French dessert, easy to prepare. It consists of baking in a container fruit (cherries, pears, grapes, peaches, or whatever you want) with a liquid mass. It looks like a delicious moist cake.

Preparation
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Grease and flour a large refractory. Wash the pears, remove the peels and slice very thin.
In a bowl mix the flour and sugar. Stir well.
In another small container mix the eggs, the cream and the vanilla extract. Stir.
In the flour bowl, make a hole in the middle and slowly add the egg mixture until you have a smooth mixture.
Let stand about 15 minutes. Put the mixture on the pears and bake between 25 and 30 minutes until golden brown.
Before serving sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve warm.
They can also be made in individual cups such as souffle.
