Classic Scribble Cookies and Covers

This version of cookie doodles is delicious and easy to prepare. Delicious butter sandwich biscuit filled with a creamy ganache of bitter chocolate and grated with more chocolate, irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 12/3 of Cup of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 2/3 of Cup of Butter (125 g) in cubes, at room temperature
  • 1 Cup of bitter chocolate for the ganache)
  • 1/2 Cup of cream to beat hot (for the ganache)
  • 1 Cup of bitter chocolate melted, to decorate and cover
  • 1/4 of Cup of White chocolate to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven 180 ° C, grease a cookie sheet.
    Make a source of flour and place sugar, salt, egg and vanilla in the center. Dissolve with fingers and add butter and mix. Refrigerate the dough 15 minutes.
    Spread with a rolling pin on a surface with flour and cut the cookies with a cutter.
    Place the cookies in a tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cool.
    For the ganache, heat the cream to beat and mix with the chocolate to integrate.
    Make cookie sandwiches with the filling and decorate half of the cookies with the bitter chocolate, refrigerate 10 minutes and offer.
    The rest of the cookies cover them with bitter chocolate and decorate them with white chocolate. Refrigerate 10 minutes and offer.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with bitter and white chocolate.

    TIPS

    Refrigerate the cookies well before baking, otherwise they will melt in the oven.
