Ingredients

16 portions
  • cooking spray oils
  • 150 grams butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cups flour, plus a spoonful
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped

Preparation

Put the oven rack down and preheat to 325 ºF.
Put aluminum foil to a square mold of 8 x 8.
Melt the butter until it turns dark brown, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, immediately add sugar, cocoa, water, vanilla and salt.
Mix perfectly.
Let cool for 5 minutes. (the mixture will be hot)
Add the eggs one by one, beating after each addition.
When the mixture is thick and shiny, add the flour and mix.
Beat at least 60 times.
Integrate the nuts.
Transfer to the mold.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool on a rack and cut into 16 squares.

TIPS

You can put nuts on top to decorate.

Hice la receta. Quedó deliciosa. El único detalle que cambié fue la cantidad de harina. Le puse 1 y 1/3. Realmente exquisitos.

Son dos o tres disparos, únicamente para engrasar el molde y que sea más fácil desmoldar cuando se hayan horneado Dani, saludos.
