Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 coconuts, Fresh, peeled and grated with the fine part of the grater
  • 4 1/2 glasses sugar
  • 3 1/2 glasses Water
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

Start by preparing the honey by putting in a pot over medium heat to cook the water with the sugar. The lemon is squeezed and boiled until a honey consistency is obtained.
Add the grated coconut to the honey and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. During the whole cooking process, move the coconut with a wooden spoon.
At 30 minutes check that you are ready checking that when you move the coconut with the spoon you see the bottom of the pot is that it is ready.
It is removed from the pot and placed in a glass bowl and put in the freezer for 20 minutes to cool.
It is taken out of the freezer and with balls they are made.

PRESENTATION

Place the balls in a bowl that looks.

TIPS

They can be put in a topper and freeze, when they want to serve they are only thawed.
