Ingredients

8 portions
  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 140 grams grated coconut
  • 3 mangos, in cubes
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Preparation

Mix the flour, milk and egg without stopping to form a thick paste.
Apart sprinkle a pan with 1 shot of PAM® Butter, with a spoon take part of the mixture, add a small amount, quickly turning the pan to form the thin crepe, turn and cook on the other side. So until you finish with the mixture.
Spray another pan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and cook the mangoes, along with the coconut the cinnamon and the sugar, until they are soft.

PRESENTATION

Serve the crepes folded in triangles, and place the sauce on top.

TIPS

To obtain excellent crepes, it is necessary that the pan is hot and when you put the pasta, you separate it from the fire by turning quickly so as to leave a thin layer.
