Nothing better for this hot season than a refreshing Coconut Ice Cream, prepare it yourself with this simple recipe that you can use on any occasion.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 3/4 liters milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon coconut essence
  • 500 grams grated sweet coconuts
  • 200 grams whipping cream
  • 3 egg whites

Preparation

Boil the milk with the sugar and coconut grated.
Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold milk and add it to the boiling milk; cook a minute more stirring constantly and remove from heat.
Add the finely beaten yolks, mixing constantly, put back on the fire and remove before boiling.
Allow to cool, aromatize with the essence of coconut, add the thick whipped cream, together with the beaten whites to the point of snow.
Place in the freezer until it takes a point.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it on a coconut cut in half.
