Ingredients

8 portions
  • 200 grams self-rising flour
  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 units egg
  • 400 grams dulce de leche, of pastry
  • 150 grams grated sweet coconuts
  • 2/3 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation

Mix the ingredients of the dough ie: Flour, butter, sugar, 1 egg, the essence, and if you need a splash of milk.
Once the dough is achieved, we stretch it with a stick and place it in a mold.
We mix the coverage that is: grated coconut, and the second egg.
We take the cake dough to the oven, until we nail it with a knife and it comes out completely clean.
Once, we take it out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and fill it with the pastry milk candy.
And above the dulce de leche, we put the cover mixture that is: the second egg, and the grated coconut with a few teaspoons of vanilla essence. And we take it 5 to 10 minutes, ACCORDING TO YOUR OVEN.

PRESENTATION

According to your mold, if it is square, cut it into squares and if you dare with a sleeve decorator put 1 wavy little piece of dulce de leche or whipped cream, on top of each square, and if it is round like mine, cut it on the pizza slices .

TIPS

I recommend you do not serve hot. It is better to serve it cold.
