Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 300 grams margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 500 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 200 grams coffee, ground
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 500 grams dulce de leche (caramel)
  • grated coconuts, dry
  • bitter chocolates

Preparation

In a large bowl, beat the icing sugar and margarine at room temperature.
Acremar the preparation well and immediately incorporate the eggs one by one, while stirring. Add the vanilla essence.
Add all the previously sieved dry ingredients to the bowl.
Add the coffee to the dough and beat until you get a smooth dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, since the dough should be worked cold.
Remove the dough bun from the cold and stretch until it is 1 cm thick.
Cut the dough with a round pastry cutter of the desired diameter. Dispose of the discs obtained on a greased plate and covered with non-stick paper.
Cook the dough discs to form the alfajor tapas. For this, bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Rest until warm and fill with dulce de leche.
Pass the alfajores for toasted grated coconut and decorate with melted chocolate.
