If you want a light dessert, this JelloMosaic with Coffee and Cream is ideal. With this dessert, made without an oven, you will feel that you are having a delicious cup of coffee with milk. In this recipe we use whole milk, but if you are lactose intolerant, we recommend you use lactose-free milk to enjoy this delight. Ingredients

12 servings
  • 4 cups of Water for coffee pot jello
  • 1 Cup of instant coffee for coffee pot jello
  • 1 piece of piloncillo for the coffee pot jello
  • 2 rajas of cinnamon for the coffee pot jello
  • 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin hydrated and melted for the coffee jello
  • 4 cups of Lala Light® milk for the milk jello
  • 1/2 Cup of refined sugar for the milk gelatin
  • 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin melted and hydrated for the milk gelatin

    Preparation

    For the coffee jello, heat a pot on medium heat with water, add coffee, piloncillo and cinnamon. Cook until all the ingredients are incorporated, add the gelatin and reserve.
    Pour the preparation into a mold or rectangular tray, set in refrigeration. Remove and cut into medium cubes.
    For the milk gelatin, heat a pot over medium heat with Lala® Light milk, dissolve the sugar, add the gelatin and mix until it is completely incorporated. Chill and reserve.
    In a screw mold, place the gelatin cubes that you previously cut, pour the milk gelatin into the mold, set for 2 hours in refrigeration, unmold and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the quick gelatine and enjoy.

    TIPS

    You can grease the mold so that it will easily demold, be careful not to use too much grease because it can stain the gelatin.
