Coffee Gelatin with Milk

Prepare this soft and smooth coffee latte gelatin in layers that will be the sensation in your family reunions, since the combination of flavors is unreal. Best of all, you only need to liquefy and refrigerate, you will be fascinated.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk
  • 1/2 piece of cream cheese (190 gc / u) for milk gelatine
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla for milk gelatin
  • 6 envelopes of grenetina (7 gc / u) hydrated and melted, for milk gelatin
  • 2 cups of whole milk for coffee jelly
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk for coffee jelly
  • 1 Cup of cream to beat for coffee jelly
  • 1 Cup of sugar for coffee jelly
  • 3 spoonfuls of soluble coffee for coffee jelly
  • to taste of coffee liquor (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla for coffee jelly
  • 6 envelopes of grenetina (7 gc / u) hydrated and melted, for coffee gelatin
  • to taste of whipped cream to decorate
  • to taste of cookie waffle chopped to decorate
  • to taste of condensed milk at your service

    Preparation

    For milk gelatin, blend all ingredients except the grenetine in your T-fal® Infiny Force Blender with the "dessert" function. Add in the form of thread the grenetina without stopping liquefying.
    Pour some of the milk jelly in a previously greased mold and refrigerate until set. Reserve the remaining mixture.
    For coffee gelatin, blend all ingredients except the grenetine in your T-fal® Infiny Force Blender with the "dessert" function. Add in the form of thread the grenetina without stopping liquefying.
    Pour some of the mixture into the mold on the milk gelatin, refrigerate until set and repeat by interspersing the milk and coffee mixture until the mold is completely filled.
    Refrigerate the gelatin until it has completely set. Unmold and decorate with whipped cream, biscuit wafers and condensed milk.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve a slice and serve with condensed milk.

    TIPS

    If any of the preparations come together while forming the layers of gelatin, add a touch of heat in the microwave and mix; Take care that it is not too much, so that when pouring it does not combine with the layer that is already curdled.
