For coffee gelatin, blend all ingredients except the unflavored gelatin in your T-fal® Infiny Force Blender with the "dessert" function. Add the unflavored gelatin slowly while still blending.
Pour some of the mixture into the mold on the milk gelatin, refrigerate until set and repeat by alternating the milk and coffee mixture until the mold is completely filled.
Refrigerate the gelatin until it has completely set. Unmold and decorate with whipped cream, cookie wafers and condensed milk.

PRESENTATION

Serve a slice and serve with condensed milk.

TIPS

If any of the preparations set while making the layers of gelatin, add a touch of heat in the microwave and mix; Take care that it is not too much heat, so that when pouring it does not blend with the layer that is already set.
