A simple and very delicious cheese pie recipe. This is an ideal recipe for summer and hot seasons.

8 portions
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 on chantilly cream powder
  • 250 grams cream
  • 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 packages Marie biscuit
  • 5 tablespoons butter

The two packages of cookies marijuana are liquefied until they are in powder (they are liquefied little by little so that they are well and to avoid that they jam in the blender).
They are placed in a pie dish and ready and mixed with the butter until they form a mixture and adhere to the base walls until all the bottom and edges are covered.
They are put in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. You take it out and leave it to cool down. It moves away.
In a large bowl add cream cheese and cream, beat until it is a single mixture and do not have lumps.
To this mixture add the 5 tablespoons of icing sugar and the sachet of chantilly powder mix until you do not get lumps.
Since the base of the pie is cold, the mixture of cheese, cream, sugar and chantilly is distributed well to the sides so that everything is even.
It gets to refrigerate for an hour.

It is decorated with slices of peach and slices of lemon in the center. Since it is served, it can be decorated with liquid chocolate.

You can add lemon zest to give it a light citrus flavor.
