Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups ice
  • 1 1/2 cucumbers, skinless, sliced
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons monk fruit
  • 6 slices lime, to frost the glass
  • 1/4 cups piquín chili, to frost the glass
  • cucumber, sliced, for garnish
  • lime, sliced, for garnish

Preparation

Blend the ice together with the cucumber, lemon juice, water and sugar; reservation.
Frost the glass over the lemon slices and the chili pepper.
Serve the lemon cucumber scrape, and garnish with lemon wedges and cucumber.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a tall glass, with cucumber and lemon slices.

TIPS

If you want, you can change the chili powder for flavored chili or chamoy.
