Ingredients

1 portion
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 drizzle Water, and 25 grams of protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • low calorie sweeteners

Preparation

Add the whites to the blender together with the protein powder and beat until nougat point.
Add the vanilla essence and the sweetener. Beat again for 2 minutes.
Place in a container suitable for freezer and leave there for 1 hour.

PRESENTATION

Serve in glasses.
