Prepare this delicious Fruit Carlota in a refractory and without an oven. It is a very easy recipe and you can choose to use your favorite fruits, although we recommend using fruits in syrup for the concentrated flavor they have, others are already sweetened.   • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup half and half cream
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk light
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups syrup
  • 3 packages Marie biscuit
  • 1 cup peach, in syrup
  • 1 cup strawberry
  • 1 cup pear, in syrup
  • 1 cup mango, in syrup
  • 1 cup tangerine, in syrup
  • 1 cup cherry, in syrup


Blend cream cheese with half and half, evaporated milk, condensed milk, lemon juice, and fruit syrup.
Place a bed of cookies in the refractory, followed by the cream, the peaches, the strawberry, the pears, the mangos, and the cherries and repeat the process until the refractory is filled.
Decorate with peach, strawberry, pear, tangerine and cherry and refrigerate before serving.
