These Biscuit cakes are prepared with biscuits, ice cream and oreo cookies, it is delicious in this hot season and the children love this Dessert, it will become their favorite.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 package Oreo cookie
  • 1/2 kilos Biscuit
  • 1 kilo ice cream, of your preference
  • 1 glass Rum
  • 1/4 kilos raisin, or candied fruits
  • cream cheeses

Preparation

In a bowl put the cake in small pieces, add the ice cream, raisins or candied fruit and rum if desired and stir in an enveloping form, without letting the ice cream melt.
Take the biscuit, separate it in two, put a lid on the bottom of the glass or pistil, add the previous mixture and cover with the biscuit that has the cream.
Take the cupcakes to the refrigerator to solidify. Decorate with cream cheese and a piece of oreo cookie on top.

PRESENTATION

They can be presented in a transparent glass over one or several bowls, depending on the size of the glass.

TIPS

At the time of stirring it must be quick so that the ice cream does not melt.

La foto no es como la describe la receta La foto no es la de la receta... suena como que la receta son galletas de oreo con helado mezclado con frutas en el medio... no me imagino como saldrían como esa foto...
