Ingredients

6 portions
  • 85 grams dark chocolate
  • 175 grams marshmallows, whites
  • 150 milliliters milk
  • 300 milliliters lyncott cream

Preparation

In a saucepan over low heat put melted chocolate, marshmallows and milk. Once everything is melted, remove from heat and let cool.
Beat the cream until hard peaks form.
Once the chocolate is cold add the cream in an enveloping way.
Pour the mixture into a mold and freeze.
Serve in slices.
