Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan, chopped
  • 2 packages Ritz cookie, Crushed
  • 290 grams Philadephia cheese
  • 240 milliliters whipping cream, good cold
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 kilo strawberry, washed and disinfected

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a round mold.
