Ingredients

5 portions
  • chocolates, to melt
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 95 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Nestle media creama
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • ice cream, of the flavor of your preference

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, cover the tartlets, previously greased, with several layers and put them in the freezer. If colorful tartlets are required you can paint white chocolate or use colored chocolate for palettes.
