The combination of cranberry ice cream with red wine syrup and berries results in a delicious and gourmet dessert. Prepare this anniversary ice cream glass recipe.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3 balls of ice cream of Anniversary Santa Clara ®
  • 1 bottle of Red wine Carmenere grape (750 ml)
  • 1/3 of Cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla pods or vanilla essence
  • 1 Cup of blueberry
  • 1 Cup of raspberry

Preparation

In a pan combine the bottle of wine with sugar. Mix until dissolved. Leave over medium heat until reduced by half (approximately 15 minutes).
Let cool and add the essence or vanilla bean.
Place the berries and raspberries in a bowl, pour the wine syrup over them. Cover with plastic and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve two or three scoops of ice cream in a glass cup, add the syrup with the fruit on it.
You can decorate with more fruits and sugar glass.

PRESENTATION

Serve two scoops of ice cream by the glass and bathe with the red wine syrup.

TIPS

If you want the ice cream to be firmer, mount the glasses and freeze again before serving.
