Preparation
Remove the avocado from the shell, break it into pieces and put it in the freezer in a ziplock bag (this can be done the day before).
Put the evaporated milk in the freezer for at least one hour.
Put the processor or in the blender the sugar and process it to make glass sugar, add the white and the avocado and shake everything is incorporated.
Beat the frozen milk in the blender to which it sponges.
Add the whipped milk to the avocado and stir in an enveloping form, put in the freezer for at least 3 hours and serve.
