The banana is very nutritious, easy to eat and transport. It is ideal when you are hungry in the afternoon and when you want something rich and healthy. In addition, we can eat it in different ways, in a fruit salad, in a smoothie and today I propose a new way that besides being rich is super simple: frozen!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons White cheese
  • 1 tablespoon M&Ms
  • 1 tablespoon bee honey
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon praline
  • 2 tablespoons dried fruit
  • 1 tablespoon dulce de leche (caramel)

Preparation

Cut the bananas in not very thin slices and freeze for 2 hours. Reservation.
Remove from the freezer and place in a processor with the white cheese and mix until integrated. Decorate with the rest of the ingredients.

TIPS

Add the ice cream and top the liquid ingredients like honey or a chocolate sauce. You can also eat alone and it is delicious. Let's enjoy it!
