Preparation
Peel the banana, cut it into medium pieces and place it in a bowl. Cover the container and freeze it for 24 hours.
Blend the ripe banana and the AdeS® Soy until it has a creamy consistency.
Add the vanilla and blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Serve a little inside a mason jar and place some blueberries above, add another layer of ice cream and finish with more blueberry.
