If you want a delicious ice cream with natural fruit, prepare this creamy and healthy homemade banana ice cream. It is very simple and quick to do. It is made with AdeS® Soya, which gives it a delicious flavor and helps it have a creamy consistency. It will become your favorite dessert.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups AdeS® Soya
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Preparation

Peel the banana, cut it into medium pieces and place it in a bowl. Cover the container and freeze it for 24 hours.
Blend the ripe banana and the AdeS® Soy until it has a creamy consistency.
Add the vanilla and blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Serve a little inside a mason jar and place some blueberries above, add another layer of ice cream and finish with more blueberry.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with blueberry.

TIPS

If you want a firmer consistency to make ice cream balls, put it in a freezer for 2 hours before serving.
