This is an unusual taste of ice cream, but it is also a refreshing and sweet-acid option for these hot summer days. It can be enjoyed with fresh fruit or chocolate cookies.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams blackberry
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the blackberries. In a casserole, sauté the blackberries for a few minutes until they release a little of their juice. Reserve.
In a blender empty the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the sautéed blackberries and the pinch of salt. Blend everything well.
Pour the mixture into a tightly covered refractory and leave it in the freezer for about 2 hours or until it is frozen.
Blend the mixture again and freeze. Do it about 3 or 4 times.

PRESENTATION

In a glass, pour a scoop of ice cream, add red fruits to decorate.

TIPS

When you have liquefied the mixture if you like you can add some pieces of raspberries or chocolate.
