Preparation
Wash and disinfect the blackberries. In a casserole, sauté the blackberries for a few minutes until they release a little of their juice. Reserve.
In a blender empty the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the sautéed blackberries and the pinch of salt. Blend everything well.
Pour the mixture into a tightly covered refractory and leave it in the freezer for about 2 hours or until it is frozen.
Blend the mixture again and freeze. Do it about 3 or 4 times.
