Preparation
Heat a pot over medium heat with the water, add the sugar and cook until it forms a syrup. Add the gelatin and dissolve. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Blend the above mixture with the frozen and natural strawberries until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Place the mixture in the bowl of the frozen blender and beat at low speed for 20 minutes. Remove from the blender and freeze for 20 minutes. Return to beat another 20 minutes and repeat the process until the mixture begins to solidify.
Finally, freeze the mixture for 1 hour until it is completely solid. Serve and enjoy.
