Honey Ice Cream in Vasito de Churro

Prepare this fast and delicious honey ice cream with jam and pieces of chocolate, served in a glass of churro. This ice cream is prepared with a base sweetened with Amuzga Honey, and is mixed with rich pieces of Chocolate Sierra Morena and a touch of Jam Santa Rosa, prepared with strawberry 100% natural.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mixture for churros
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 of Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of Amuzga Toks® Honey
  • 1 1/2 cups of cream to beat
  • 1 Cup of Chocolate Sierra Morena Toks® cut into small pieces
  • 1 Cup of Marmalade Santa Rosa Toks®

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the glasses, add the mixture of the churros on the back of some glass bowls, previously greased with a little spray oil. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
    Remove the churro from the mold and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon until they are completely covered. Reservation.
    For the ice cream, in a bowl mix the evaporated milk with the Greek yogurt, the condensed milk, the vanilla essence and the Amuzga Toks® Honey. Reservation.
    Beat the cream to beat until peaks, as it has doubled its volume, gradually add the previous preparation to form a homogeneous mixture.
    Place pieces of chocolate Sierra Morena Toks® and Marmalade Santa Rosa Toks®, mix lightly for marbling.
    Freeze the preparation 8 hours, remove the freezing mixture, serve ice cream balls on the churro cups, decorate with a little honey. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the ice cream in the churro glass and bathe with honey.
