Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the glasses, add the mixture of the churros on the back of some glass bowls, previously greased with a little spray oil. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
Remove the churro from the mold and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon until they are completely covered. Reservation.
For the ice cream, in a bowl mix the evaporated milk with the Greek yogurt, the condensed milk, the vanilla essence and the Amuzga Toks® Honey. Reservation.
Beat the cream to beat until peaks, as it has doubled its volume, gradually add the previous preparation to form a homogeneous mixture.
Place pieces of chocolate Sierra Morena Toks® and Marmalade Santa Rosa Toks®, mix lightly for marbling.
Freeze the preparation 8 hours, remove the freezing mixture, serve ice cream balls on the churro cups, decorate with a little honey. Enjoy
