Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 liter vanilla ice cream
  • 12 slice of white bread, , without borders
  • 1/2 kilos strawberry, , washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 250 grams tempura flour
  • 1 liter canola oil

Preparation

Using an ice cream spoon, form balls and cover each with 2 slices of bread. Shape it with your hands and freeze for 1 hour.
For the strawberry sauce, mix the strawberries with the sugar and let stand for 20 minutes, blend until completely integrated. Refrigerate
In a bowl mix the flour with the water until the consistency is slightly sharp, cover the balls of ice cream and fry in the hot oil for 30 seconds or until the dough is cooked; Remove and drain on absorbent paper. Bathe with strawberry sauce and offer.

TIPS

Soak the ice cream spoon in warm water to easily form the balls.
