Ingredients

15 portions
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 30 Marie biscuits
  • 1 package raspberry

Preparation

Preparation: for the filling, milk the evaporated milk with condensed milk and evaporated milk. Add the lemon juice little by little.
Line 15 cookie cutters, large and round, with foil and cover the bottom with a cookie, pour a little of the filling and add 2 Raspberries; Cover with another cookie and freeze for 45 minutes or until stiff. Unmold once they are well frozen.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass bowl.
