Preparation
In a bowl combine the yolks, sugar and honey and beat slightly.
Gently boil the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%.
Pour the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% into the egg mixture and reheat.
Stirring constantly mix the mixture.
The mixture should thicken, without letting it boil.
Remove from heat and add the pecan nuts.
Cool and freeze.
Stir each hour until set. This will take approximately 4-6 hours. To serve.
